Children of Dean Vasquez, Rinorbus Magnate.

Rio takes after her father. She's sneaky and clever and everything Daddy would want for his daughter.

Regis takes after their much calmer and much less criminal mother, Ada Scheff. A reader, though he's the sort of guy who would work in the shadows. Don't underestimate him- he's still a Vasquez.

They're currently dressed up as Graverobber and Shilo Wallace from Repo! The Genetic Opera. I HIGHLY suggest it, by the way.
